Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Drivers License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we wont know until the day of check-inout.

Guests will receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
Dish soap
Dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
Two trash bags
Two full rolls of toilet paper
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt
ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST
-Parties or Events areallowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will be incurred if there is a smoke odor in the unit
-No loud disturbances, andor noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request isfollowed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
