property are closed when you arein the property.

You will get the keys to the main door and the security metal door, as well as the remote control to
enter with the car. In case of losing the keys there will be a charge to change the locks on the doors.
The cost for the main door and the metal door is €150 each. The remote control has a cost of € 50.
>Damages
Any damages or replacements will be charged at cost.
Air conditioner and fans
All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The air conditioner is situated in the kitchen and main
lounge area.the doors and windows of the property must be closed when the air conditioner is
on, also the main door and the internal ones (including the one that connects with the terrace). Do
not leave the conditioner or fans on when you areat home!appliances must be turned off.
We reserve the right to enter the property to turn off any appliances if the guests arein.
Smoking is only allowed outside the property.
>Swimming pool
Shower before entering the pool and doenter with sun cream or oil. Glass objects (glass, bottles,
etc.) or food shouldbe broughtthe pool area. The outdoor shower is only for showering
before entering the pool.
>Umbrella
In Denia it can very quickly get windy, the umbrella must be kept indoors in the terrace when you are
not at home. Whilein use, it should always be closed and tied up. In case it breaks, there will be a
charge of € 85 to replace it.

There is a “quiet time”between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and from midnight until 8:00 a.m.
The speed in the compound is maximum 10 kmhour. Parking inside the community is 1 vehicle per
home and must be in front of the home.
