LATE CHECK IN PRESENTIAL:
From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. there is a supplement of an additional €20.
From 22:00 to 00:00 the supplement is €30.
From 00:00 the supplement will be €40 for late check-in.
Check-in is done after 3 pm as a general rule but if there is a possibility we will be happy to help you receive you before 11:30 in the morning to leave luggage.
IMPORTANT: We have sheets and aof towels per person per stay. (For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change as a courtesy). For shorter stays they must pay a supplement of €5 perof towels if required.
The apartment has a washerdryer and a couple of capsules for the washer and dishwasher as a courtesy for the first day.
It is important to keep in mind that it is a tourist apartment building, daily cleaning and towel change isincluded. They can request it with an extra supplement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The expected time for your check-in must be notified in advance of your arrival, if for any reason there is a delay, the property must be informed as soon as possible to avoid long waits.
It isallowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors.
It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.
The accommodation of unregistered persons in our apartment is prohibited. In case this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation automatically.
Smoking is totally prohibited throughout the building and inside the apartments.
